Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and ck99l ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ck99l website or its associated services, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on ck99l. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, with all associated balances voided. When registering, you agree to supply genuine personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.

Account Verification (KYC)

ck99l employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of its users. You may be asked to submit a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification document, alongside proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that remain unverified may be restricted from withdrawing funds.

Password and Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. ck99l will never ask you to share your password by email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out through your account is your full responsibility. ck99l accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on this platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ck99l periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses, including the welcome bonus, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions such as those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the BPL and IPL cricket seasons, are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on ck99l unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for all bonuses is at minimum 10x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Bonus funds must be rolled over the required number of times before any withdrawal can be made.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per customer, per household, and per device. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once will result in the bonus being voided.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors, or any form of coordinated betting to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential legal action.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck99l platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other form of financial crime carried out through the platform.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise making your account accessible to any other person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ck99l staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any system errors, technical glitches, or platform vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided.

ck99l maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any activity that jeopardizes the integrity, security, or fairness of the platform. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies when required.
